The Velvet Uzbek Stewardess Skirt designed and sewn in NY and constructed from artisanal Uzbek textiles. The textile, also known as an Ikat, is hand loomed and vegetable dyed using heritage techniques from the region. It is a silky-soft flocked velvet. The fibers are 90% silk, 10% cotton.

Please keep in mind that pattern placement may vary somewhat across sizes. These idiosyncrasies are part of the beauty of purchasing slow-fashion and artisan-made textiles.
